Performance characteristics:
◆ Eilong 320WT special gear oil of wind turbine is a kind of total synthetic industrial gear lubricating oil, and it has high viscosity-temperature property, strong environment adaptability, good anti-impact load and excellent friction-reduction and anti-rust capability due to the composite technology of good synthetic base oil and additives;
◆ Compared with the chemical properties of conventional gear oil, it can improve the lubricating capacity of gearbox rolling bearings. Compared with conventional gear oil, it can provide the significant protection of rust and corrosion resistance;
◆ Excellent resistance to micro-etching, fatigue and wearing and better protection against traditional scratches and wearing help to extend the service life of gears and bearings in closed gear drives in terms of extreme load, speed and temperature;
◆ Excellent resistance to decomposition under high temperature helps to extend the service life of lubricating oil and the oil change cycle, which is conducive to reducing oil consumption and labor costs;
◆ High viscosity base oil reduces changes in the viscosity due to temperature changes, which can be operated under high and low temperatures, and this is extremely important for remote applications of oil-free heating or cooling.
