Performance characteristics:
◆ Eilong turbine oil is prepared by adding antioxidants, anti-wear agents, etc. based on deep refining, which is mainly applicable to the power industry, metallurgical industry, petrochemical industry and a variety of heavy-duty high-power turbo-generators, turbo-compressors, turbo-blowers and other turbo-drives used in shipping, including the lubrication of main bearings, shift mechanism, drive gears and attachments.
◆ It’s not likely to generate acidic substances and precipitation during use due to good oxidation stability and selected antioxidants, which can extend the service life; Good resistance to emulsification and easy separation from water can prevent products from emulsifying in the water, which affects performance, and even if condensed water is mixed into the system, it can be quickly separated; Good air release and resistance to rust enable generated bubbles to quickly disappear and the lubricating system not to rust.
◆ Good performance of characteristics of the relationship between viscosity and temperature provides the most basic guarantee for steam turbines; Good resistance to oxidation and rust leads to a relatively long oxidation life and extends the oil change cycle; Good resistance to bubbles provides effective oil slick protection and plays the role of good lubrication and heat radiation.
◆ Eilong turbine oil can be divided into a total of four kinds of L-TSA, L-TSE, L-TGA and L-TGE.
Application scope:
◆ L-TSA and L-TGA are refined mineral turbine oil containing appropriate antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors;
◆ L-TSE is turbine oil for the lubrication of the gear system with the addition of the extreme pressure property compared with L-TSA, which is applicable to steam turbines;
◆ L-TGE gas turbine oil for the lubrication of the gear system with the addition of the extreme pressure property compared with L-TGA, which is applicable to gas turbines.
