On November 5, 2019, the project “Construction of Degradable Coolant Reduction Intelligent Precision Transport Technology System and Industrialization of Clean Production Mode” in cooperation between our company and Qingdao University of Technology won the “2019 China Circular Economy Science and Technology Second Prize” selected by the China Circular Economy Association in October. The establishment of this award is to recognize units and projects that have made outstanding contributions to the national circular economy science and technology work.
The award-winning project this time is jointly developed by our company and the research team of Qingdao University of Technology. It aims to address the drawbacks of traditional coolant products being unable to be degraded by the natural environment, which can cause long-term pollution to groundwater quality and soil when their waste liquid is discharged into the ground, and is not conducive to sustainable environmental development. After years of demonstration and experimentation, we have developed a new type of biodegradable coolant with a natural environment biodegradability of over 95%, which will not cause pollution to soil and water quality.
At the same time, relying on the research and development of this product, a scientific intelligent and precise transportation technology system and clean production mode have been established, which can effectively and sustainably carry out clean production mode in enterprises and promote their long-term and healthy development. Green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver! In the future, Eilong Lubricants will actively respond to national environmental policies, continue to increase research and development investment, and utilize the company’s own “Academician Workstation”, “Lubrication Materials Research Institute”, and research institutes that carry out technical cooperation to continuously introduce more innovative and practical new products for customers, making positive contributions to the development of the national lubrication industry.
