◆ Transparent liquid, made of high performance synthetic lubricant, extreme pressure additive, rust inhibitor and a variety of additives, with excellent thermal stability.
◆ With unique lubricating additives, it can greatly improve the processing accuracy and extend the life of the tool wheel.
◆ Good cooling, strong cleaning, long rust prevention period.
◆ No sodium nitrite, sulfur, chlorine and phenol additives, do not stimulate the skin, do not pollute the environment.
◆ Good resistance to hard water, low foam.
Scope of application:
Mainly used for boring, drilling, grinding processing, in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel processing to achieve good results.
Usage method:
◆ Recommended concentration: Single machine: 3~10%; Centralized liquid supply: 5~10%. The use concentration can be adjusted according to the processing requirements.
◆ When using (replacing) the new liquid, the liquid storage tank (tank) and the machine table, the clamping fixture, iron chips and dirt should be cleaned first, and then 1~2% of the diluent of this product, 0.3~0.5% of the fungicide is recycled and cleaned before discharge. Prepare the required concentration of the working liquid and use it after recycling.
◆ Tank supplement: When the tank needs to be supplemented, the corresponding proportion of the product is added at the same time of adding water to maintain the necessary concentration.
◆ The working fluid should be kept clean and ventilated, and impurities such as metal chips and oil slicks should be removed in time.
Engineer suggestion:
◆ The machine tool should have a complete filtration, slag removal system, timely removal of metal chips, oil slick and other impurities, if the machine tool is not started for several days, should be regularly empty circulation and oxygenation of the tank liquid, regularly measure the tank liquid concentration and pH value, timely supplement or replace the new liquid.
◆ Centralized liquid supply central cooling system, should develop detailed operating procedures, dedicated personnel responsible for maintenance, operation and management.
◆ Do not mix with other brands of cutting fluid.
Storage/packaging:
◆ This product should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, storage and transportation should avoid the sun, rain. Storage temperature 5~35℃.
◆ Under normal storage conditions, the product shelf life is 2 years.
