◆ C800 is an oil-like liquid, which belongs to micro-emulsified extreme pressure cutting fluid. It is refined from lubricating oil, extreme pressure anti-wear agent, anti-rust agent and other additives.

Scope of Application:
◆ Widely used in all kinds of machine tools, machining center cutting, grinding processing technology. Both single-feed and central cooling systems can be used.
◆ Processing materials: suitable for processing cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, etc.
◆ Processing method: suitable for turning, grinding, milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping and so on.

Usage method:
◆ When using (replacing) the new liquid, the liquid storage tank (tank) and the machine workbench, the fixture, iron chips and dirt should be cleaned first, and then 1~2% of the diluent of this product, 0.3~0.5% of the fungicide is recycled and cleaned before discharge. The working liquid with the required concentration is prepared according to the preparation sequence of adding water first and then liquid, and can be used after circulating evenly.
◆ Tank replenishment and maintenance: When the tank needs to be replenished, add the corresponding proportion of the product stock solution while adding water to maintain the required concentration.
◆ The working fluid should be kept clean and ventilated, and impurities such as iron filings and oil slicks should be removed in time.
◆ If the machine has stopped for several days, the tank liquid should be oxygenated for not less than 2 hours a day.
Engineer Suggestion:
◆ The machine tool should have a complete filtration, slag removal system, timely removal of metal chips, oil slick and other impurities, if the machine tool is not started for several days, it should be not less than 2 hours a day to open the pump to oxygenate the tank liquid.
◆ Centralized liquid supply central cooling system, should develop detailed operating procedures, dedicated personnel responsible for maintenance, operation and management.
◆ Do not mix with other brands of cutting fluid.
Storage/Packaging:
◆ This product should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, storage and transportation should avoid the sun, rain. Storage temperature 5~35℃.
◆ If the product status changes due to improper storage, it is mixed evenly after restoring the specified storage temperature, and then diluted to prepare the working liquid, which does not affect the processing performance and can be used normally.
◆ Under normal storage conditions, the product shelf life is 1 year.
