Performance characteristics:
◆ It’s brown transparent liquid characterized by good cooling, oxidation resistance and fluidity and low volatility;
◆ It has better cooling performance and service life than machines;
◆ It has a relatively good cooling speed, and after quenching, working surface maintains a long service life;
◆ Excellent cooling performance enables the surface to be kept bright; It’s characterized by less oil consumption, long service life and excellent rust resistance performance.
Application scope:
◆ It’s applicable to quenching media for large protective atmosphere quenching automatic lines and general mechanical parts Ordinary quenching oil is applicable to the quenching of salt bath furnaces or bearing, tool and mould steel, alloy steel and cemented steel workpieces of protective atmosphere, and the best use temperature is 50 – 80℃;
◆ Fast quenching oil is applicable to the quenching of bearings, large gears and presses, and the use temperature is 20 – 80℃;
◆ Fast and bright quenching oil is applicable to the quenching of bearing steel, tool and mould steel and other structures under protective atmosphere, and the use temperature is 20 – 80℃.
