Performance characteristics:
◆ Super-strong extreme pressure abrasion resistance can form strong antiwear oil film quickly on the surface of the gear, thus ensuring that the drive gears will not wear due to great pressure. Brute force channel point index can prevent the spalling and pitting of gear surface. Excellent antiwear performance is especially suitable for the transmission device of hyperbolic gear.
◆ It can provide excellent protection under various working conditions of impact load, and effectively prevent the gear surface fatigue caused by impact load.
Application scope:
Requirements for API GL-5 and MT-1 highway light and heavy truck, bus and box vehicles, and other heavy industrial gear transmission systems, including hypoid gears and worm gears operating under high/impact load, high/low torque and/or low/high torque conditions.
